The car looked nice at first but quickly after taking off the problems occurred. We noticed the speaker in the back was blown. Not a big deal but then we started getting a notification that the alignment is messed up. The notification said “Ok to drive, but service required soon”. The alignment definitely was wrong because the steering wheel was a little left of center. He knew about this and had an appointment set for Nov 3 which was 2 days after our trip was supposed to end. We used the car and it worked pretty fine other than the alignment. We realized that it was becoming more of a safety concern so we shorted our trip. He accepted so we went through with the new drop off and on the way to the drop off the car freaked out and lost the regen brake system, traction control, and stability control. We were still about an hour away from the drop off. We had to get a different rental. We dropped off the car and less than 20 mins he made a damage report for preexisting damage on the car.

When car dropped it was all fine working fine there was no issue at all when car dropped back it was so dirty inside outside all dust these guys did something to car there is all alerts here and they even drop my car early 3 days they delete all dash cam videos they drove my car some really bad mud areas all is full mud i gave them full charge they return in %26 very bad
The car and the car pick up and drop off were top tier. Having this car to whip around all the twist and turns of Seattle was perfect. Especially with the Full Self Driving option. That made navigating a new town much easier.
