Excellent experience from start to finish. The Mercedes was clean, comfortable, and drove beautifully. It made a long road trip across Washington incredibly enjoyable and honestly spoiled me. I didn’t want to give it back!
The host was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Pickup and return were straightforward, and I appreciated the quick responses whenever I had a question.
The only minor things I noticed were that the windshield washer fluid was empty, and the key fob wouldn’t lock the vehicle remotely (everything else on the fob worked normally). Neither issue affected the trip.
I would absolutely rent from Philip again. Highly recommended!
