The car was in good shape mechanically and clean on the interior, just very dirty on the exterior from sitting

We always wash our vehicles before each trip, but Seattle’s frequent rain and wet roads can leave road spray and dirt on the exterior during the drive to the pickup location. We sincerely apologize that the exterior didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate your understanding and feedback.
pick up was smooth, but the car had an illegal tinted front windshield that you could not see out of and it smelled strong of marijuana
