Philip was a great host. Quick responses and very communicative. Car was fueled and clean when I got it. No issues at all during the trip and Philip made it easy to return and get back to the airport. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Windshield was dirty, bird poop on exterior of car. Inside was clean. Rear tire treads where non existent and I had to pay for new rear tires. The tires where 4+ years old and it felt like the host neglected to replace them knowing that the renters would be responsible for replacements. And the cherry on top, charged me an invoice for gas after the trip, even though I paid for pre-paid fuel. Labeled the invoice as a ticket.
Cars are always delivered clean inside and out; exterior can change after pickup due to weather or birds. The vehicle recently passed a full Turo inspection, including tires, with a positive condition report. I stayed in touch and tried to help during your trip. The fuel invoice was my mistake — I canceled it and apologized. I respect your feedback.

Good spot but drove past it three times
This is the first time a guest has written that they drove past the parking location three times and couldn’t find the car. The pickup instructions are clear, and hundreds of guests have had no issues. Leaving a 4-star rating due to missing the parking spot seems unfair. The vehicle condition and service were provided at a high standard.
