Worst car rental ever, had two flat tires, had to get the car towed and the owner wouldn’t pay for any of it.

We’re sorry you had this experience, but this review does not accurately reflect what happened. The vehicle was provided in proper condition at the start of the trip. The tire issues occurred during the rental and were related to circumstances while the vehicle was in the guest’s possession, not a pre-existing issue with the car. We communicated throughout the situation and followed the appropriate rental procedures. We stand behind the condition and maintenance of our vehicles.
This was overall a very good experience. Communication was outstanding. Pickup and drop off were very easy and getting to skip rental car lines was a huge bonus. Don’t know if I’ll ever rent a regular rental again. The vehicle, despite being older, was pretty much pristinely maintained.
