Good running car for the most part
Have no idea why she rated me 3-stars. She was friendly and stayed communicated from start to finish. Infact, I was disappointed as she did not follow the ID verification step despite clearly instructing her how to do the second time. Also, damaged fender liner. Despite all this, I still gave her 5-stars. PS: TURO considers anything lessthan 5-stars as 1-star by default from host perfomance analysis perspective.
