The car's tires were in bad shape, it had a very strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana I had to use air freshener all of the time, and the car wasn't very clean. Taking a trip with worn tires is not very safe.

Hello Roberto, all four of these tires on this vehicle are within specs of the Turo’s requirements. As far as the complaint of the cigarette smell and marijuana smell, I don’t know what you’re talking about. I put fuel in this car myself. I did not smell that. But sometimes people complain when I use air fresheners, can’t win. ( it is tough to make everybody happy. ) but try . As far as pick up & drop off the address is shown before it gets booked. ( all four tires are in spec .) car clean.
