This was for my birthday! Car was awesome (only 9K miles on it) and the red color looks way better in person. A little darker of a red compared to photo. The issue was that the car was dirty and not cleaned upon picking it up (floor mats dirty, dashboard dusty, and left over wrapper and plastic bottle on passenger side which was embarrassing) but we noticed this after we drove for 5 minutes (was very excited to be in the car), we didn’t do a proper walk around the car like we should have and he said that and apologized. We made a prior engagement before discovering this which was appreciated but the conversation we had after this discovery did make me feel uncomfortable afterwards and did make me quite frustrated. I got over it and enjoyed the rest of my birthday but I was disappointed how I had to beg for a solution which was never given to me, even after trying to provide 2 solutions and those solutions I provided were denied. I do highly recommend the car and just make sure to do a walk around before driving it away. I overall recommend this Turo.

Sir. The picture you sent me was NOT in the condition I gave you the car in. I take 70-75 time stamped pre trip photos prior to releasing the car to a guest. The photo you took did not at all match the pre trip photos. Your solution was $80 off of a 112 rental cost. I was not willing to deduct that amount because of your claim that the car was “dirty”. I believed you staged that photo in order to get a free rental. I would NEVER EVER rent to you again sir. You are a scammer.
Everything was just absolutely wonderful and of ease. I look forward to running from him again.
