Ricardo was nice and pick up and drop off was clear and easy. The car was clean. However, the check light engine was always on and I was told not to worry about it, but that wasn't really comfortable. Also, the cruise control wasn't working which is really not convenient if you're driving for long distance! Also you had to manually open the gas tank if you want to fill it (not sure how safe it is). It also had many scratches over it. Overall, wouldn't recommend renting it if you're planning to get out of NOLA area, but would probably be ok if just limited to the city. I think the price was higher than the quality and I wish I paid slightly more to get a better car.

This was a great experience.
The car was clean, the host was very accommodating. If I needed help with anything, they replied exponentially.
Whenever I'm back in new orleans, I will definitely rent from them again.

Car was great.

Check in was smooth. Car is really good on fuel efficiency. A little pricey for a one day rental, so I won't book from them going forward, but compared to other cars I've rented, I had very little to complain about in terms of the car. However, when I picked it up the check engine light was on and the message says take the car to the dealership.

We had a great time zipping around NOLA with this vehicle. It was easy to park and get around the city, we will be back soon! Thankyou for your quick response Ricardo!
