Excellent experience from start to finish! The car was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. It drove great and made the trip comfortable and stress-free. Windshield has several cracks, driver side window has several scratches, tire pressure leaks out, sent me to the wrong car wash, then after ALL that says I’m the one with bad communication and tries to report a damage claim for another scratch on the car that they LOST. Please do better business
Your a joke! Requested $25 for a car wash you never went thru for you being at the “wrong” car wash. Dropped the vehicle off with less gas and extremely dirty regardless of the windshield crack you could have cancelled if it was an issue. At that the crack is on the passenger bottom no distraction to the driver. Oh to top it all off dropped the vehicle 2 hours early and no communication. Again thanks for the business
