I would like to give 5 stars however, I could not because I had an family emergency and needed to extend rental a day but the car has already booked for another customer. I understand that it's business and I tried to change the rental few hours before the term. I had to leave my family behind just to return the car so that other customer could use it. I wished if I had rented a enterprise or something today due to my family situation. But anyways no hard feelings.
The people are responsive, unlimited mileage is sth you would rarely get from turo but they offer unlimited mileage. The car was clean when I picked up. But the car was not smooth in driving. It is because it is 2017 year Toyota. Got the car picked off and dropped off in a very convenient manner. No hassle. I am sorry but even tho I wanted to give 5 out of 5, I couldn't.

The host was very responsive and helpful.
The car ran awesome.
We had a small tire situation during our road trip but he immediately helped us to rectify and we are truly grateful for how fast and courteous he was.
Will definitely rent from him again in the future!

Smooth and easy pick up/drop off! Only thing concerning was the breaks felt little worn out, but overall great experience and perfect for our 4 day trip!

Car was a little dirty upon pickup, but other than that, Eduardo and Dante were very nice, responded quickly, and addressed any concerns.
Thank you again for renting with us, Jennifer. We apologize that the vehicle was not as clean as usual at pickup. There was a major storm the day before, and the car was returned late from the previous trip, which unfortunately did not give us enough time to fully detail it to our normal standards. We appreciate your understanding and your kind comments about our communication and service.

Absolutely amazing car, absolutely no problems, good gas mileage, and got me where I need to be. Host was very kind, and responded promptly, will rent again!
