This was not a very good experience. There was previously damage to the car, I did not get into any accident but it looks like it will be pinned on me. I hope we can solve this without drama. I just hate to think this is a scam. We will have to see how this ends.

The issue was only brought up 7 days into the trip. We always aim to provide honest service and handle any concerns professionally through Turo’s official process. We wish you the best.
