From the start when I got the car the inspection sticker expired that same day I text them right away they responded a few days saying I can change it I had it for a week and extended the days until today poor drinking the car I noticed the brakes were grinding I call to say something about that and that was like Tuesday I’m still driving he calls and get the car from my job to get everything fixed and didn’t want to switch the cars and brought mine back but didn’t replace me for the gas that was used to go get their car maintenance which wasn’t my fault the car fault I checked out early the only good thing was that they came to pick the car back up from my house. You call them sometimes no answer or just left on read
We respectfully disagree with this review. We responded promptly and offered a vehicle exchange, but received no response. Guest safety is our priority, so we immediately inspected and serviced the vehicle when concerns were reported. We also offered fuel reimbursement, despite using less than one gallon during the service visit. While unexpected issues can occur, we remained responsive, accommodating, and committed to resolving every concern as quickly as possible.
