Regarding the 15-minute delay, it was caused by a change in the return location requested during the trip, which required adjustments to our schedule and route. Car was exactly as pictured / described. Clean and in good condition. Leandro was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the rental, including helpfully coordinating to resolve a flat tire that the car had during my trip.
