All went very well. Car was as described and easy prompt pickup and return. Very courteous customer service… both Leandro and Marcelo.

The car was very good and clean. Our point person seemed possibly overwhemed or distracted that day: The pickup was confused, we were sent to the wrong location at first. He sent a different person to meet us at the correct location, who was kind and professional. The drop-off was also confusing and unclear, changing the drop-off location to a parking garage without confirming the address, and then later saying they couldn't find the car, after I had shared exact details of where I had parked it - which was the correct location. They later said they located the car, and apologized for all the confusion.

The pickup location was chosen next to the station for your convenience, and the return was requested at the parking garage across the street to make drop-off easier.
