This was an easy exchange and the car was clean and reliable. There were only 2 things that were less than perfect. The first was that the car had some exterior damage, including a small panel missing in front of the rear passenger wheel. It really wasn't a big deal, but I don't think it was mentioned in the car description. The other issue was that there was less than a full tank of gas when I picked it up. Likely the previous renter got away with returning it that way at my expense.
Otherwise, a nice car and Adrianna communicated well and made it easy.
