all very confusing. I have been to this place many times in the past 35 years. Never rented from Turo. I was originally quoted a price in the mid $200s, then it went to over $700, I said "never mind", they came back at around $300. Hope they honor that on my bill. It was very disconcerting to land with two big bags and learn I had to walk in a field to find my car with very little instructions. I was not happy about having to leave my luggage where anyone could help themselves. Then marching through the field with my carry on. The Alamo car rental people got me in their car and drove me around until we found the Turo car. There has to be a better way! Then I followed all the instructions when I finished my week. Left my car in the field where I had gotten it. For two days, I got emails saying I had to finish or something. No one told me that before. I cleaned the car...leaving the napkin and car charger in the cup holder where it was when I got the car; I left the keys in the car and then left. Thought I was done. Do they keep charging me until I do something else? It was all very confusing and frustrating. Maybe if there were two of us renting...one could have stayed with the luggage and the other go on the scavenger hunt for the car? When the car was returned, one could wait at the terminal and the other could have left the car in the field and marched back?
