I’m leaving a five star rating as the house was flexible and courteous and willing to work out the situation with the car. The car is in need of maintenance. The front left suspension makes a lot of sound and feels unsafe to drive. The brakes are also low. Overall condition of the car requires some work.

Thank you for your feedback, the brakes on this vehicle had recently been replaced so it needed a bit of time for the brake pads to adjust. Our mechanic checked the noise and it was coming from the low (un-even) thread of the front tires. We were able to replace all 4 tires with new tires to fix this issue. Thank you again for helping us identify these issues!
