Got us to point A to point B. Tire warning lights got us nervous to drive. Needed to manually lock car. Front lever for trunk didn’t work. Over all communication great.
I've been renting this car through turo for 6 years now. Every single trip booked, i have sent an initial message to renters, letting them know of the TPMS and that physical key must be used to open the trunk. It is not my fault that guest ignores my messages and later blames me for it.

Overall good experience! Slight issue with the toddler car seat requested being an infant car seat but otherwise fine!

We picked up the car in great condition, last minute rental. The host was punctual and very detailed making the pick up drop off simple and efficient. Would recommend 10/10!
