The communication with the host was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He was responsive, helpful, and made the entire rental process smooth, easy, and stress-free.

Smooth car, e brake a little iffy

We tried to cancel this car after seeing a $100 increase billed to our card. It was a 19 year old car. Relatively clean with some minor issues. We were not allowed to cancel.The USB port didn't work so we had to buy a car charger, $15. There was some confusion at the airport, the lane we were directed to use was blocked but we were able to leave the car in the requested spot. We are now being requested for additional payment. Assume for parking beyond our control. All in all an expensive experience. Our relatively new car in Maui is the same price for 7 days from a reliable car rental company.
