The communication was great however the interior was not what we expected. There’s no photos of the interior on turo. The seats are ripped, there’s gaps on both sides of the car against the windows so water leaks in, are seats were slightly wet, wet smell to the car, duct tape on dash board, and overall just not good condition.
yet you still drove it??? you're only mad because you made the complaint after already been driving it for some hours and thought you were gonna get a full refund. cmon now, make it make sense.
