Christel was so flexible. My flight landed a little earlier than I thought, I messaged her and she was very accommodating, she dropped car off a bit earlier than my reservation time, which was great because we would have been waiting there for 2 hours until my reservation time started. The car was clean and well maintained, full tank of gas and easy to drive. Thanks again Christel !!
