AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everything was amazing! They answer instantly- I had an issue with my flight and the car was late being returned to them I felt terrible and they were so nice and accommodating. When I come back to KC THIS is who I’ll be renting from!

Vehicle was excellent. Pickup logistics were not ideal. I had arranged to pick up the vehicle from the airport. Last min, the vehicle and pickup location were updated which added to my commute time. Due to the vehicle swap, I had to wait to be granted access to the virtual key which delayed my pickup by another 15 min. I was literally standing outside of the car waiting to be let in. Not ideal.
