This experience was NOT good! The vehicle I reserved was not there when I arrived so I was given another vehicle it reeked of smoke there were burn holes in the seats! I then get a call the owner is going to pick it up and drop off the original vehicle I reserved. He arrives with this vehicle that has a cracked windshield, missing hub cap, the front has damage, NO KEY FOB and the interior reeks to high heaven. Then has the nerve to text me the prior renter left stuff in the trunk and tells me not to throw it away! Of course I checked the trunk. It’s a bag of trash!!! Flies flying around it, no wonder the car STINKS! And then I check my receipt to see I am being charged a $120 delivery fee!! EXCUSE ME FOR WHAT? The 3 days total was OVER $600 no way NEVER AGAIN I can go back to Hertz and get a vehicle for 3 weeks for that price! I do not recommend Turo this was my FIRST and LAST experience! It would let me give ZERO stars!

This was a scam. Lied to. They switch cars on me. This wasn’t the car I ordered. They gave me a Chevy Tahoe to drive to my hotel. They were to switch it out for the Nissan Elantra I ordered. Nope. I woke up to this dented banged up piece of shit versa. Worst experience I could have had. Host was terrible to work with never again.
