Good communication and easy pickup. Host was accommodating and clear. Car was clean and detailed. The phone holder in car made hands free easy, and use of phone GPS a breeze. Car is not eligible to rent to the customer,it is in broken mode,horrible noises and shaken,it is dangerous to drive on the road,highly recommend the owner to not rent it only if the merchant works can be done very well
