Very disappointed in the service. I was told 30 minutes before pick up that the car was ticking. I rented the car to drive my daughter to prom and wasn't even able to drive it like that because the noise got louder. I should have been told the day before not 30 minutes before pick up. I had no choice but to still take because it was so last minute of being notified

I needed to rent a car on a last minute basis due to my car being broke down. So I got on TURO. Looked up a car to rent that was affordable and clean and Tyler answered the call. Tyler was very professional and very helpful and answered all of my questions even after I returned the car. Just remember to take pictures before and after your trip inside and out of the car as well. My first time with Turo and Tyler was great. Pick Tyler for the win !!
