You commented about headlight, had you reached out I would have addressed the issue, but you never informed me, I am sorry about this but I cant fix something I am unaware of, I am glad overall you had a good experience and hope to see you again.

Loved the car—no issues there. Scheduling was a bit inflexible, but overall solid experience.
You actually requested someone other than yourself drop the vehicle off at the agreed time you signed up for. That is against Turo's policies not ours so your rating is unmerited. We actually were following the policy and responded exactly aswe should have.
