Thank you for the feedback. The vehicle was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to the trip. We did not experience any Bluetooth issues before or after your rental. Since this trip, the brakes and rotors have been replaced as part of routine maintenance. We take guest experience seriously and regularly service our vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
