Car quality was extremely poor. Radiator light came on every day. Gas mileage was terrible. Stated gas mileage was 38 mpg, actual was closer to 22.

The features and specifications displayed in the Turo app are automatically populated based on the vehicle’s make, model, and year. It’s advised to research vehicles to ensure you are aware of how to utilize the full features. Turo requires host to maintain their vehicles according to platform standards. I respect every guests honest review. However, I believe it’s important to communicate any concerns with the host.
Host was absolutely amazing. Terrible situation as to how things happened but this woman literally saved my life for this trip and I cannot be anymore grateful 🫶🫶

The a/c didn’t work it was very hot

I strongly advise for guests to reach out and inform me of any concerns during the reservation. The a/c functions just fine. There is a “snowflake” a/c button next to the temperature control and fan knob that you must push on to activate the a/c. My apologies, for any inconvenience.
