Thanks for sharing! Glad the whole process was simple and easy. We’ll keep providing that same smooth and hassle-free experience for every future guest!
Booked a different car under the same company and had a terrible experience. First off, these cars are managed by a company who oversees the communication part of things. There are 12 co-owners and I told them I’ll be landing at 11pm. Once I arrived to the location, there wasn’t clear instructions on finding the key box or even how to open it. After about 5 minutes of attempting to open it myself, I decided to go through the chat but wasn’t getting a timely response by the 12 co-owners. I told them it eas raining and I had to message multiple times to get a response.
A rep told me one code and another rep told me to try another code. Long story short, my uber driver was waiting until I got the car but after 30 minutes of going back and forth with their customer service, I decided to leave the car and take uber to the Airbnb.
The uber driver charged me $80 since there weren’t that many drivers on the road. I contacted the co-owners and asked for a compensation for this or a partial refund. A few minutes later, the host cancelled the reservation without even explaining why.
I was scrambling around with Turos customer service and they found me a car which is this one. Car was fine and in good shape but the 3rd party helping with communication
was horrendous. Host hasn’t contacted me about a partial refund. I wouldn’t recommend using any of their cars if you land at night because it was difficult finding the key box and it looked like a sketch area at night. Obviously
fine in the day but wouldn’t want my sister or wife to go alone.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the replacement vehicle was in good condition. We understand the earlier reservation was frustrating, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. For this completed trip, we're pleased the vehicle met your expectations. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve our communication and pickup experience for all guests.
