Overall, we had a good experience with the rental. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip!
The car itself was overall fine, but there were a couple of issues worth noting. At pickup, some of the clips connecting the front fender/wheel well panel were already damaged or missing, which caused the panel to repeatedly pop loose while driving. We also realized the following day that the registration sticker showed the tags as expired since June, and we rented the vehicle at the end of August.
Neither issue ruined our trip, and communication with the hosts was great, but they are things I would have expected to be addressed before the vehicle was rented out. Overall, a solid experience and 4 stars.

The service is great. On time and very responsive and friendly. The car itself had some cosmetic and functional issues, but nothing detrimental to getting me from A to B. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
