great car and smooth pickup/return. my only complaint is the lack of communication. i wasn’t informed about the parking fee and had to go through turo support to get it refunded, which can be a hassle.

All parking and reimbursement details are communicated prior to the trip and included in the check-in instructions. Parking fees are routinely reimbursed within 3–5 business days through the standard process. I’m sorry if there was any confusion, and I appreciate your input.

The car worked well and the host was responsive. The vehicle does not appear how it did in the booking photos. Body damage, extensive wear and tear, and interior was dingy
