Mikhail was amazing! Process was super easy. When we needed some minor help, Mikhail was quick to respond and help us!

Good communication with the owner. As a heads up, the owner will reimburse the parking fee at pick up but covered by drivers upfront. Also the vehicle doesn’t allow you to turn off the automatic cruise control so it will automatically brake (pretty hard) a good distance behind any cars you’re following. Overall it was still a great trip!

We had an amazing time in Hawaii. The car was amazing highly recommend renting this car through Turo. The host was very attentive. Hope to rent again in the future!
