Good communication to begin with car turned out to be smelly and had brake and transmission issues. We tried to get them to pick it up because I was scared to drive it and they charged us for that $$$ and then did not prorate the refund as of yet like they promised. Sketchy.

Guest made false complaints about smell, brakes, and transmission in an attempt to get a refund on a non-refundable trip. They abandoned the vehicle in Hilo, effectively using us for a one-way trip. We immediately had the car mechanically inspected, no issues were found with the brakes or transmission.
