It was easy to pick up the car right in the airport parking lot. It was where Mikhail said it would be which was a great start to my vacation on the Big Island. The car was perfect for me to travel around the island while staying up by Waipio Valley. The gas mileage was great as I traveled to Volcano and then City of Refuge for snorkeling!
Mikhail was great to work with. He answered questions in a timely manner and was available.
I would definitely rent his car again!
