The car was virtually brand new. Drove great and had all the bells and whistles you would expect in a new car. Pick up was just fine, it helped that the Hawai (Big Island) airport is quite small. The hosts were good communicators with very specific instructions. I would use them and their car again in a heartbeat!

Car and host excellent. For those who are new to Kona and this type of rental, having no row or parking lot numbers or letters at the airport is confusing after being told to record them.

Brayden and Jason were so flexible and easy to work with. We have a 7 week old and needed to change logistics last-minute and it was no problem for them. Night and day difference from a rental car company. The car itself is fantastic, super clean, drives really well, comfortable and gets amazing gas mileage. I would rent this car from Brayden and Jason every single time I’m on the Big Island.
