Chelsea has a great communication. She responds quick. The instructions for pick up and drop off were straightforward and easy to follow.

The car was great and the host seemed great. We enjoyed the compact car and being able to easily park in crowded areas. The big issue we had was with German roaches. The host said this is pretty normal here. Even with no food in the car they were crawling over our suitcases in the day. The host was willing to meet up to treat the car but at that point the roaches could already be hiding in our things. A profession exterminator told us we will need to quarantine our things and wash everything when we get home in order to make sure none come home with us. That's a huge issue for us. We also had to let every place we stayed know that we could have contaminated their places with roaches. Hopefully this issue will be taken care of.

Car quality was pretty bad, I don’t usually complain but honestly felt like it was gonna break down the whole time leaving me pretty apprehensive to drive anywhere to far. Don’t think this car should be an option on Turo.

The car was perfect for my trip!! It’s compact so easy to drive. The AC works, the aux cord doubles as a charger which was so nice!! A clean car with lots of space for being so little!! 10/10 would definitely reccomend for your trip! The host was so kind and quick to respond when I reached out!
