The car was great but after I finalized and paid for the rental I got a text say that I would have to pick up the car from a paid parking lot. $26 extra just to get the car out of the parking lot. This was ridiculous and sneaky.
Looks like you misunderstood something. I’m so sorry about that. It usually reimburses within 3-5 business days. Safe travels. 🤙🏽

Car was ok. The car didnt seemed to be clean before I picked it up. The windshield was dirty inside and out along with the dash and stained seat covers. When it rained the windshield interior was incredibly hard to see out of and the wipers were awful making it dangerous to see. The car was also parked at the back of the parking lot of the airport, when tons of spaces were available upfront.
