Car was not super clean, the pick-up location was very bad to get there and away again with just public transportation. Communication was very good and easy!

Public transport infrastructure on the Big Island is limited, which is why all reservations have an option for convenient airport pick up.Alternatively, guests may pick up from our base location, which is a 10-minute Uber or Lyft ride from Kona Airport. Cleanliness is one of our core standards and we appreciate your feedback!
