The orange Kia ran fine and was clean and in good shape, no problems. Communication could have been better. Most issues I had came from the Turo app. I booked my trip months in advance and I don’t know if I got a much better rate for doing so, but twice I tried to modify the time (pick up and drop off) and the app was going to charge about $400 to change it!! My dates were the same, but I wanted to fine tune the times. No reason for that. Host claimed it was a Turo issue and wasn’t able to help. Pick up was later than scheduled so vehicle was left on a dark street without any info from host. Since I was traveling by myself, I wasn’t crazy about that setup. Maybe if the app allowed me to modify the time (without changing my rate) the host could have been more accommodating. However, through messages, the host was aware that I was trying to update my arrival time. But it was a fair price and a clean reliable vehicle—and had very good gas mileage.
