The car ran really well. Took a 12 hr road trip and drove it with no issues. Host was very responsive and understanding. Would recommend renting from them again!

Overall, a great experience! Nabil's seevice was great. However the driver's side visor was broken, windshield wipers left streaks, making it difficult to see during rain.

Five stars for customer service and responsiveness and friendliness! Three and half stars because the driver’s visor NEEDS fixed. It hangs and is a safety issue. Aside from my head hitting it occasionally when I’d get it in (I’m taller), I felt it a driving hazard, especially if you’re taller, as it impedes visibility. This needs a fixed. Otherwise, it ran fine and got us to where we needed to go. Again, very friendly/customer-service oriented owners, just really need to fix that visor.
