The car overall was great. However, the delivery was not delivered to the hotel and was over 30 minutes away at a CrossFit gym. The car was late over 2 hours from my originally booked time due to it being in the shop. When the owner realized it was dropped off at the incorrect spot after us calling multiple times, she picked us up and drove us to the cross gym which took 2 hours out of our day, and was very disappointing for us because we booked a beach cabana on our honeymoon at our hotel and only got to enjoy for a few hours that day. The owner said she would “make it right”, however we only received $7.50 refund for the delivery fee.

We take full responsibility and took immediate measures to make it right — personally driving you to the car so you wouldn't miss your tour, waiving all delivery fees (over $200), covering the airport parking ticket, and refunding $7.50 for the delayed start. You told us you were happy with the resolution, so this review comes as a surprise.
Jenifer is an amazing helping, kind , sweet host she goes with us helping during our trip . The car is a joy to drive convertible gives you an extra fun to stargaze and enjoy sun
