Ken is awesome. He was willing to help pick us up and drop us off at the airport. When the car did not start, he responded quickly. I was dumb letting the battery drain. He was willing to help jump it or have a friend help out. We loved how smooth the car drove. If we returned I would go with Ken again! If you are from out of town on vacation don’t go over 10 mph on empty highways.

Ken was friendly and resourceful. I would recommend my family to him. Told us all the must-see spots and where to eat. Everything he recommended was better than expected. He picked us up and drove us to the airport so we did not have to take an uber, so he saved us over $100 just in that.

This was my second time renting from him, and he’s been amazing both times. When the car suddenly wouldn’t start, he came to our hotel right away to help us fix the issue. He was very patient and helpful, and even provided us with another car so we wouldn’t be stuck. Truly great service — highly recommended!
