This is a plug- in electric hybrid car. Plug me in and save on gas. Don’t plug me in and still get Great as mileage. It averages 43 mpg without plugging it in. It can go 50 miles on a full charge and not use any gas. The least expensive gas on the island is at Costco and was $4.29 gal this month. (Oct 2024) It has Apple car play, Bluetooth and a-great backup camera. This car comes with Weathertech floormats so no need to worry. And It also includes unlimited mileage on the Big Island. Download the "SHAKA" app for the Big Island to find self guided driving tours. Some of my favorite Restaurants in Kona includes Jackie Reys, Lava Java, Huggo's, Big Kahuna and Foster's Kitchen. If Golf is your pleasure, West Hawaii has some of the finest in the world. So kick back, relax and enjoy the Aloha!

It takes about 10 hours to completely charge from a 110 outlet. Electric range is approximately 50 miles and gas range is about 275 for approximately 325 miles total range. You are able to just drive on gas and will get approximately 43 mpg.

Alan was amazing! If we ever need to rent a car here again we will look for him! He picked us up when we arrived and drove us to the airport then it was time to leave. The car did amazing for our various travels throughout the island.
