A great Turo experience from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly what we needed and communication throughout the rental was excellent. Unfortunately, we had a minor incident during our trip, and I was incredibly appreciative of how understanding, kind, and responsive the host was when I reached out.
Situations like that can be stressful, but their quick communication and professionalism made the process so much easier to navigate. I’m very grateful for the understanding and would absolutely recommend renting from them. Thank you again for such a positive experience!
