Dream trip and the car just made it all the more perfect. Not only amazing on gas but just such a perfect car for a couples trip. The host was great with communication and instructions were precise. Thank you for everything will definitely be booking again.

The car was good. It's very new so it was in very good condition. It was perfectly clean with a full tank of gas. The car itself had a breaking feature that i did not like, it breaks for you when following anything else and it's pretty aggressive which makes the ride a little jerky. I would turn that off if possible as it was very annoying.
Minus 2 stars for all of the added costs. I searched for cars available for pickup at the airport and this one came up. My fault, maybe I didn't read the specific car description close enough but I assumed it was an OGG pickup since that's what I searched. Only after it was confirmed and after the 24hr cancelation did I see the instructions for pickup which was a mile or so away at a lot near Costco so you have to get an Uber to get to the car or pay an extra $64 in delivery fees. I understand that OGG charges these fees but I would have liked that to be included in the quoted cost upfront. I sent an angry message to the owner and his response was very polite so I'll give him credit. Then, the car was dropped off before 12 but our pickup time was 6 so there was $24 for parking. Lastly, in the drop-off instructions they ask you to have the car washed and spotless which would be another extra cost. So my $300 rental was closer to$400. I looked into the Turo rules and found that cleaning is not required despite owners request so I chose to skip that. I think the idea of Turo has lost its appeal. When I started renting this way it was cheap and meant to blend in with locals. I think I'll steer towards commercial rental from here out for ease of use.

Car was clean and in great condition. Easy pick up at the airport. Easy instructions and communication with the host.
One thing I wish I knew ahead is a requirement to go to car wash and get it cleaned. Car wash was almost an hour away from our place. We had scheduled a tour that day and was in a very rushed and stressful situation to make sure i was back on time to make it to the car wash. I understand not leaving trashed car but just like room cleaning this should be included in the price. For me personally was very inconvenient detail.
