The best in the game

Highly recommended! The car was clean and reliable. The host was quick to reply and communication was smooth. Everything from pickup to drop off was easy. I would definitely rent from North Shore Maui Rent a Car again.

Paid extra to have car at airport for pickup. Then had to pay $24 extra for the parking, as the car was dropped off there the night before. Was not told about paying to get the car out of the lot ahead of time, and the amount was outside the estimated range. Car pickup instructions were not provided in the timeframe stated. Quickly responded to communications, and to resolve issue.

The host dropped off the car late and there was a baby seat 💺 inside where it was supposed to be for another client. Communication was a bit delayed as well. The car has some ding on it and overall was an ok experience.
