If you had signed up for Turo insurance, you were not charged. To be insured driving a private owner car, you'd have to buy the Turo insurance coverage; but, as a local rental car company, some major credit cards may cover collision for free if you paid with the card; although they do not cover liability, most personal auto policies extend liability &/or collision coverage to rental cars at no extra cost! For both your protection and ours, if you're not buying our insurance protections waivers you must make sure you have proof of full comprehensive, liability and collision coverage that will cover your rental car in Hawaii. Call your insurance provider to acquire your Declaration Page to show us via a printed document, login from your phone, show us the email,  or we can call your insurance during open hours and verify over the phone. It takes both CDW and LW for our full-coverage insurance protection waivers.
