Car worked well for us. Was a bit late in getting it to us but our flight came in early so that made it seem like a longer wait than it would have been

Overall good working car. Pickup from the side of the road with a lock box. A little disappointed we had to pay $55 to accommodate a later flight, seems like after 10 days they could have comped a couple hours.

Aloha, thank you so much. So sorry for the additional fee, but that’s what Turo charges and of course Turo takes a chunk out of any money made. . Yes I would’ve definitely comped a couple of hours but not 7 hrs, returned was originally 1pm but your requested change to 8pm.
Was perfect for our week stay, clean, good communication, would rent from again!
