Altho I timely submitted my husband’s CdL info before our trip, he was not approved. I followed up after May 30th n resubmitted the req info June 6th. I didn’t get it resolved - no reply from Turo. Afterwards we found out he couldn’t be added after the car rental period began even tho you had the info n I asked for help. I had to do all the driving on the unfamiliar roads of Maui. That was I think not our fault n someone should have approved him since they had the info. I normally navigate but not this trip. Arghhh
